Acne Soap Ingredients & Tools
- Saucepan
- Wooden spoon
- Clean plastic cup or any small container
- Measuring cup or container
- 3 tablespoons of soap flakes
- 60 milliliters of methylated spirits (alcohol)
- 50 milliliters of glycerine
- 60 milliliters water
What Paulien Had to Say About the Recipe
Soap is made of natural oils and fats
mixed with alkaline substance.
Soap cleans your skin because it emulsifies or breaks up grease and
dirt into small particles, which can then be washed away.
This soap is made by dissolving pure
soap flakes in alcohol, water and glycerine.
Glycerine soaps are good for the skin because glycerine is a
humectant-it slows or prevents the evaporation of
water from the skin.
The finished product will be clear
soap that will clean and moisturise the skin.
Thanks for the Recipe, Paulien!
