Write for Us


Soap Making Fun is now accepting recipes, articles, and videos from our readers!  If you’re interested in sharing your knowledge about soap making, letting the world see your creativity with the recipes you create, or want to become more well known in the soap making community – this is the way to do it!

Of course we have to set guidelines on submissions.

 

For Articles:

  • All articles must be completely original.  Copying someone else’s article (which includes taking their article and rewording it) is prohibited.
  • All articles must be proofread and edited before submittal.  Articles with numerous grammatical errors will not be published.
  • You are allowed to include one link to your site in a “Bio” section at the end of the article.
  • Articles must be at least 450 words in length.
  • Once published, let your friends know about it using Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.!
  • To submit your article, use the form at the bottom of this page and paste the contents of your article into the text box along with the “Bio” about yourself that you would like to include.

For Recipes:

  • All recipes must be run through a lye calculator and the lye concentration along with the lye amount should be included in your submittal.
  • All recipes must be completely original and created by you.  Using recipes from other sources is prohibited.
  • All recipes must be proofread and edited before submittal.  Recipes with numerous grammatical errors will not be published.
  • You are allowed to include one link to your site in a “Bio” section at the end of the article.
